- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.

Townfield Care is a family owned care provider based in East Lancashire
This afternoon we enjoyed Stu who came to play the keyboard for us and a couple of residents had a go them selfs on the mini keyboard … while another resident was enjoying the music while reading her book .. every one enjoyed the afternoon
Ribble Valley Care Home - Residents have enjoyed 1-1 time this morning! George enjoyed a game of pool and lots of banter! Jeanette, enjoyed having her nails filed and polished as well as a good old natter!
This afternoon we had a game of memory chess and played a few card games every one won a couple of games great afternoon
Ribble Valley Care Home - We have joined together to celebrate, National Sharing Ideas Day! Thank-you, for the ones we have received so far, they are great! We welcome ideas any day, so keep them coming!
This afternoon we had a bit of a quiz while we waiting for our little friends from Elms Private Day Nursery to come and see us great afternoon while all residents interacted with the children every had lots of fun
