- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Everyone really enjoyed it and was laughing and talking about the main character in the book we are just going to read a couple of chapters every day they said they were really enjoying it and can’t wait to hear the next few chapters .
Ribble Valley Care Home - celebrating Ladies Day, with our very own horse racing game, fascinators, fizz and cake! Followed by a sweep for the Grand National race tomorrow. Good Luck everyone!
