- To deliver a service of the highest quality that will sustain and improve the person s overall quality of life.
- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

This afternoon we was at Bank mill community centre catching up with our friends from the community playing bingo and enjoying drinks and snacks this week Joan won on a line and I myself (Heather ) won on a full house were il be sharing the box of biscuits with all the residents back at the home … we certainly are a lucky table 🍀
A big happy 97th birthday to Ruby . Rubys enjoyed her afternoon and will celebrate with all her friends in the home with a buffet tea 🎂💐

Ribble Valley Care Home - Group Dominoes was competitive this afternoon! Winners enjoyed packets of chocolate - as did the runners up! Well done everyone!
This afternoon Elms Private Day Nursery was back to visit us ..all the residents was really happy to see all the children again . They were colouring playing with there toys and just chatting with resident’s. We’re looking forward to there next visit next week .
