- To deliver a service of the highest quality that will sustain and improve the person s overall quality of life.
- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Townfield Care is a family owned care provider based in East Lancashire. We have Residential Care Homes in Great Harwood, Clitheroe and Rishton.
We also operate Home Care throughout Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and the Burnley area.

Ribble Valley Care Home - this morning we’ve spent some 1-1 time with those who we didn’t manage to see on Friday afternoon for our pamper session. We picked out our own nail colours, and enjoyed a hand massage with hand creams 💅
This afternoon we made some mosaic tile coasters every resident will be making these over time to sell at our family fun day summer fair residents enjoyed the afternoon
Ribble Valley Care Home - this afternoon, a variety of pamper treatments have been on offer for our residents to celebrate international spa day. Some of us have had our nails filing and painting, and some of us have had hand massages too. We never leave the gents out of a pamper either. You don’t need to be a lady to take some time for a bit of self care 💅

As a Senior Care Coordinator, your duties will include:![]()

· Supporting service users in the community to ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.![]()

· Organising and coordinating care services, working closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.![]()

· Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required.![]()
![]()
· Supervising, supporting, and line managing Care Assistants and other designated team members.![]()

· Ensuring Care Assistants are effectively organised, trained, and supported in their roles.![]()

· Liaising with partner agencies and professionals, including social workers, GPs, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.![]()
