- To deliver a service of the highest quality that will sustain and improve the person s overall quality of life.
- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Townfield Care is a family owned care provider based in East Lancashire. We have Residential Care Homes in Great Harwood, Clitheroe and Rishton.
We also operate Home Care throughout Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and the Burnley area.

This afternoon we played bingo with numbers ! ![]()
We usally play bingo with the ones I made with playing cards but to day we thought we try with real bingo tickets ..it did take a while I’m not gonna lie ..but we went nice and slow and some of the residents helped other resident’s great team work ! We had such a lovely afternoon with lots of laughter all residents won prizes .
Ribble Valley Care Home - this week we have spent some valuable 1 to 1 time with some of our residents. We’ve spent some time reading and writing poems, spending quality time together offering hand massages and nail care, or even sitting with each other and having a chat over a cup of tea ❤️💅📚☕️
Ribble Valley Care Home - Yesterday morning Emma put us all through our paces with a seated exercise session. We were working on our aiming skills with a bean bag toss game. Aiming to get our bean bags in various sizes of hoops, and various distances. Thank you Emma!
This afternoon we enjoyed some light chair exercises with Emma from Activation Health ![]()
Then we read a chapter from our book for get me not and had a little quiz great afternoon
