- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Ribble Valley Care Home - Today we celebrated World Poetry Day! Thank-you, to our residents for reading poems relating to Spring! Residents have suggested we read poetry regularly, so we will do just that!
Ribble Valley Care Home - Feel Good Friday…what a fabulous afternoon, thank-you to Just Jay for entertaining us! It is fair to say everyone had a blast, singing and dancing! The variety of music took us through the 50’s to the 90’s with a few Irish songs to mark St Patrick’s day! We finished with refreshments including fresh fruit as we continue to focus on Hydration & Nutrition! A massive thanks to all the staff for joining in and making this a great day - thanks to our fabulous cook for the fruit platter!

Activation Health we indulged in some light refreshments afterwards with a variety of fruits , jelly , milk shakes , fruit tea , juice every one enjoyed the afternoon a big thank you to Amanda for preparing all the yummy treats .🍓🍇🍒🍋🍋🟩🍉🍌🥤🧉🧃☕️
Yesterday we enjoyed some chair exercise with Emma from Activation Health light exercise and a few games great afternoon
