- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Townfield Care is a family owned care provider based in East Lancashire. We have Residential Care Homes in Great Harwood, Clitheroe and Rishton.
We also operate Home Care throughout Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and the Burnley area.

This afternoon residents wanted to sit out for a little while we had a lovely pleasant afternoon we had ice lollies and drinks and chatting about everything from best flavour ice creams , to eating fish and chips on the sea front at Blackpool remembering when we all use to just go on the spare of the moment taking a bag full of 2ps to play in the arcades and coming home with a bag of rock . Making a picnic up and taking there children to the park were they happy play for hours and cost nothing .
Ribble Valley Care Home - Quiz time! We joined together for a quiz! Well done everyone and to the staff too!
Ribble Valley Care Home - Yesterday morning we found a shaded spot in the garden to do our exercise class with Emma from Activation Health. Hats were worn, suncream was applied, and we worked on our throwing and catching skills with balls and beanbags. All to French music, of course, to keep it on theme with our French Day yesterday
Ribble Valley Care Home - The temperatures are rising, but that’s not stopping our residents attending our seated dance class with the fabulous Molly! We’re most importantly keeping hydrated with juice and water whilst doing these activities. Great efforts from everyone!
