- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Ribble Valley Care Home - Love is in the air…as we celebrate ahead of Valentine’s Day! Big thanks to the cook for the heart biscuits and cake!
This afternoon residents decorated some heart biscuits a big thank you to our cook Amanda who made these biscuits for us . As you can see they didn’t last long as every one enjoyed eating there biscuit soon after they decorated them they went down a treat .
